Hi, I’m Dr. Colby.
I work with women who know there’s more available for their health and want to feel their best in every part of their lives. Many women leave appointments feeling dismissed, frustrated, or stuck in their health, especially after being told “everything looks normal.”
At The Well, we’re changing that. Our bodies are always communicating with us, most people just aren’t taught how to listen.
I grew up in rural Maine, spending most of my time outdoors, connected to nature. That’s where my belief in the body’s natural ability to heal began. And it only deepened as I stepped into my education and clinical work.
But what shaped my approach to health the most wasn’t just what I learned in school… it was what I kept seeing in real life.
Women struggling with chronic pain, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and symptoms that didn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis. They were being overlooked, misdiagnosed, or told their symptoms were “normal.”
I knew there had to be a better way. I don’t believe in quick fixes or chasing symptoms.
I focus on helping your body do what it’s designed to do — heal — by supporting your nervous system, alignment, and overall function through chiropractic care, nutrition, and lifestyle shifts that actually make sense for your life.
My background includes a Doctorate in Chiropractic, a Master’s in Functional Nutrition, and certification in Chiropractic Acupuncture. But more importantly, I’ve built my approach around what actually works for the women I care for.
Care that is personalized.
Care that looks at the full picture.
Care that helps you feel like yourself again.
Care that lets you live the life you truly desire.
After building a practice in Boulder, Colorado, I felt called to come back home to Maine and create something of my own.
A space where women feel heard.
A practice where they’re not rushed, dismissed, or overlooked.
A community where healing is collaborative, empowering, and rooted in trust.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, frustrated, or like you’ve tried everything… you’re not the problem.
Your body just needs the right support.
And you’ve found the right place.
Don’t take our word for it,
hear it from others who have been there:
